Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This policy explains what information Anaxer collects, why we collect it, and how we use, share, and protect it — across anaxer.com and our API at api.anaxer.com.

Anaxer Pty Ltd (ABN 50 677 614 881), trading as Anaxer ("Anaxer", "we", "us", or "our"), builds developer tools for real-time Solana data: a marketing and documentation website, a REST and WebSocket API, SDKs, and an MCP server for AI agents. We built Anaxer to be as simple and transparent as possible — this policy applies that same principle to how we handle data.

We are a small, early-stage team. Some of the features described below (accounts, API keys, billing) are part of the product roadmap and are not yet live; where that's the case, we say so explicitly and describe how we intend to handle data once they ship. We'll update this page as those features launch.

Who we are

Anaxer Pty Ltd (ABN 50 677 614 881), trading as Anaxer, operates the website at anaxer.com and the API at api.anaxer.com. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, you can reach us at contact@anaxer.com.

Scope of this policy

This policy covers:

  • Our marketing website (anaxer.com), including the contact and early-access forms.
  • Our API, SDKs (@anaxer/sdk), and MCP server (@anaxer/mcp), once generally available.

It does not cover third-party websites, wallets, or applications you may reach through links on our site, or the privacy practices of AI tools (like Claude or Cursor) that you choose to connect to our MCP server — those are governed by their own policies.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact form — name, email address, subject, and message when you write to us.
  • Early-access / get-started form — email address and optional details such as your plan interest, the streams you care about, and what you're building.
  • Account information (once accounts launch) — name, email address, and authentication details needed to create and secure your account.
  • Billing information (once billing launches) — handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — API requests made, WebSocket streams subscribed to, request volume, and rate-limit counters, tied to your API key so we can enforce plan limits and keep the service reliable.
  • Technical & log data — IP address, timestamps, endpoints called, browser or client type, and error logs, used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
  • Local preferences— your light/dark/system theme preference, stored in your browser's local storage rather than sent to our servers.

Blockchain data

Our core product streams and serves data that is already public on the Solana blockchain — things like token mint addresses, wallet addresses, trade amounts, and prices from Pump.fun and PumpSwap. This on-chain data is publicly available by design and is not personal information we collect about you; we simply index and deliver it. We are not responsible for, and this policy does not cover, the privacy practices of the individuals or programs that generate that on-chain activity.

How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the website and API.
  • Respond to your questions, support requests, and early-access sign-ups.
  • Authenticate requests, enforce plan limits and rate limits, and process payments once billing is live.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
  • Understand aggregate usage so we can improve reliability and prioritize features.
  • Send service-related communications, such as changes to this policy or your plan. We don't send marketing email unless you've asked for it.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

Cookies & local storage

Today, the only thing we store in your browser is your theme preference (light, dark, or system), saved in local storage so we can remember it on your next visit. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics on the marketing site. If that changes — for example, if we add privacy-friendly product analytics — we'll update this section and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers — infrastructure and hosting providers, email delivery tools, and (once billing launches) a payment processor, each acting on our behalf and bound to protect your information.
  • Legal & safety — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anaxer, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — if Anaxer is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the commitments made in this policy.

Data retention

  • Contact and early-access form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and improve the product, then deleted or archived.
  • Historical stream and API data is retained per plan: 24 hours on Free, 7 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro, and a custom window on Enterprise. Live data delivered over WebSocket is not stored beyond what's needed to serve it.
  • Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active, plus any additional period required for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including HTTPS everywhere and API-key-based authentication for access to the API. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@anaxer.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You can also opt out of any non-essential email at any time by replying to that email or contacting us directly.

International data transfers

We and the service providers we work with may process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms — to protect information transferred internationally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Anaxerevolves — for example, when we launch accounts, billing, or new features. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and if a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know, such as posting a notice on our website or emailing registered users.
