This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy", "Policy") describes how Anaxer ("Anaxer", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses Personal Data when you access or use our website, dashboard, API services, streaming endpoints, historical data, and related services ("Services").

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. Unless otherwise defined here, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in the Anaxer Terms & Conditions.

Your privacy matters to us. We are committed to protecting personal information and handling it responsibly and transparently.

Please note that third-party websites, applications, or services linked from our platform are not governed by this Policy.

1. WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We collect Personal Data for the following purposes:

(Stripe or crypto processors collect and store your financial details directly. Anaxer does not store full credit card numbers.)

2.7 Commercial Research / Analytics Data

We may collect metrics about:

  • Total number of users
  • Adoption of Services and features
  • Aggregate volume of API or stream usage

This excludes individual identity tagging of wallet addresses (see Section 8).

7. BLOCKCHAIN DATA & SERVICE-LEVEL DATA

Anaxer processes blockchain data (on-chain data) to provide aggregated analytics, streams, and historical insights.

We do not:

  • Identify individual wallet owners
  • Link on-chain behavior to personal identities
  • Tag private wallet holders
  • Create personally identifiable blockchain profiles

We may:

  • Label company or project-owned addresses
  • Annotate smart contracts, tokens, and program IDs
  • Identify exchange deposit/withdrawal addresses at an entity level
  • Flag suspicious patterns using automated heuristics

This is materially similar to Bitquery's approach.

Anaxer never labels individual users unless the address is known to be owned by a public company, protocol, or verified public entity.

8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Your data may be processed or stored in servers located outside of your state or country, including in regions where data protection laws may differ.

By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.

Anaxer takes reasonable measures to ensure secure handling of Personal Data under this Policy.

9. USERS UNDER 18

Anaxer Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted Personal Data, contact us immediately at contact@anaxer.com, and we will promptly delete such data.
