Best pump.fun API in 2026: 9 providers compared, with real costs
How to get pump.fun data in 2026, and what it actually costs. We compare nine pump.fun API providers - Anaxer, Solana Tracker, PumpPortal, PumpDev, PumpAPI.io, Bitquery, Birdeye, Helius, and QuickNode - and price three real workloads on each, from a free launch feed to the full 235 GB/month trades firehose.
Last reviewed . Pricing, features, and plan details were verified against public documentation on this date.
Quick answer
The best pump.fun API depends on what you need to pay for: launches, a watchlist, or every trade. Anaxer streams parsed pump.fun and PumpSwap events on flat plans - free for launches and graduations, $39/mo for all streams, $99/mo for the full trades firehose. PumpAPI.io is the cheapest raw feed, PumpPortal and PumpDev suit bots that also trade, and Bitquery wins on history.
Full disclosure: we build Anaxer, so read this with that in mind. We have tried to make it useful anyway. Every price links to the provider's own pricing page, and we say plainly where a competitor is cheaper or better than us - there are several of those below.
How do you get pump.fun data?
There are three ways to get pump.fun data into your app, from most to least work.
- Decode it yourself from a Solana RPC. Subscribe to the pump.fun and PumpSwap programs over WebSocket or Yellowstone gRPC, then decode every instruction into launches, trades, and migrations. Full control, but you own the decoder and must update it whenever the programs change. We cover that trade-off in raw gRPC or parsed events.
- Use a trading API that also streams data. PumpPortal, PumpDev, and PumpAPI.io built their data feeds to support trading bots. The data is cheap or free; the business model is a fee on trades.
- Use a dedicated data API. Anaxer, Solana Tracker, Bitquery, and Birdeye deliver pump.fun events already parsed, over WebSocket and/or REST, without touching your trades.
Most teams building a bot, dashboard, or alerting tool want option 3, or option 2 if they already trade through that provider. Option 1 makes sense when latency at the validator level is your edge, or when pump.fun is a small slice of a wider Solana workload.
The 9 pump.fun API providers at a glance
Prices checked 12 October 2026 against each provider's public pricing page. Birdeye's page blocked automated access on that date, so its figures are from our 20 September check, as is Helius's per-TB streaming rate, which sits in its credits docs rather than on the pricing page. Prices change - confirm before you commit.

What does pump.fun data actually cost? Three workloads, priced
A pricing table only tells you the entry fee. What matters is what your workload costs, so here are three common ones priced on every provider.
The volumes come from our own measurement. Anaxer ingests the whole pump.fun and PumpSwap feed, and over a full 24 hours in September 2026 we counted 3.07M bonding-curve trades and 10.47M PumpSwap trades - 13.54M a day, at ~580 bytes per parsed event. That is about 406M trades and 235 GB a month. Launches are tiny by comparison: 21,000-33,000 a day, well under 1 GB a month. The full method is in our Bitquery comparison.
Workload 1: every new launch and graduation, live
A launch feed for an alert bot, a sniper's discovery layer, or a new-tokens dashboard.
| Provider | Monthly cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Anaxer | $0 | Creations and graduations streams on the free plan |
| PumpPortal | $0 | subscribeNewToken and subscribeMigration are free |
| PumpAPI.io | $0 | Full feed is free; you filter client-side |
| PumpDev | $0 | Launches free on every tier; graduations need a per-token subscription |
| Solana Tracker | €50 / €397 | €50 if REST polling is fine; WebSocket starts at Premium |
| Helius | $49 + your decoder | transactionSubscribe from Developer; you parse the program yourself |
| QuickNode | $49 + your decoder | Standard WebSocket on Build; you parse the program yourself |
| Bitquery | $99 | Personal ($49) has no streaming and is personal-use only |
| Birdeye | ~$199-$380 | WebSocket from Premium; new-listing stream billed per byte |
Verdict: a crowded tie at $0. Pick on data shape and reliability, not price. Anaxer's launch event arrives enriched with metadata and socials if you ask for it, and graduations include liquiditySol and timeToGraduateSeconds. PumpPortal is the long-standing community default.
Workload 2: trades and prices for a 10-token watchlist
A trading bot or dashboard following a fixed set of tokens.
| Provider | Monthly cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PumpAPI.io | $0 | But you receive and filter the whole feed |
| PumpPortal | ~0.01 SOL per 10k trades | A busy watchlist of ~1.5M trades is ~1.5 SOL |
| Anaxer | $39 | Starter: all streams, trades capped at 10 tokens |
| PumpDev | $49-$129 | Starter covers 1.5M trade messages; busy tokens push you to Pro |
| Helius / QuickNode | $49 + your decoder | Filter by account on standard WebSockets |
| Bitquery | $99 | Pro's 5 GB is plenty for a filtered stream |
| Birdeye | $125-$199 | Starter Plus (WebSocket toggle) or Premium |
| Solana Tracker | €397 | WebSocket from Premium; REST polling from €50 |
Verdict: PumpPortal and PumpAPI.io are cheapest if you trade through them anyway. Among data-only providers, Anaxer at $39 is the lowest price for a live stream. Bitquery at $99 buys more breadth - 40+ chains and GraphQL - if you will use it.
Workload 3: every pump.fun and PumpSwap trade
The full firehose: a market-wide dashboard, a sniper that cannot know in advance which token matters, or an analytics pipeline. ~406M trades, ~235 GB a month.
| Provider | Monthly cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| PumpAPI.io | $0 | Free; 0.25% fee only if you trade through it |
| Anaxer | $99 | Pro: all tokens, unmetered |
| Solana Tracker | €397 | Premium: messages unmetered |
| Helius | $499 + ~$100/TB | Mainnet gRPC needs Business; raw transactions, you decode |
| QuickNode | ~$499 + your decoder | Solana gRPC included on Scale, or a $499 add-on |
| PumpDev | From $499 (custom) | 406M messages is 20x the Whale plan's 20M |
| Bitquery | ~$900 | Scale ($299) includes 50 GB; the rest is top-up packs |
| PumpPortal | ~406 SOL | 0.01 SOL per 10k trades; subscriptions are per token |
| Birdeye | Not possible | Trades subscription capped at 100 addresses |
Verdict: PumpAPI.io is genuinely free here, and we would be misleading you to say otherwise. The trade-offs are one connection carrying everything, no published rate limits or SLA, and a business that earns from trading fees. If you want a parsed, filterable firehose from a data-only provider with a flat bill, Anaxer Pro at $99 is the cheapest we found, then Solana Tracker at €397.
Why metered streaming hurts on pump.fun
A memecoin frenzy multiplies trade volume exactly when your product is busiest. On a per-GB, per-message, or per-trade meter, that spike lands on your bill. On a flat plan it costs nothing extra. We go deeper on this in Anaxer vs Helius.
The providers, one by one
1. Anaxer - flat-rate parsed streams
Anaxer is a Solana data API that streams pre-parsed launches, graduations, trades, and prices over WebSocket, with the same event shapes over REST. Coverage includes pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium LaunchLab, Bonk.fun, and the major Solana DEXes. Plans are flat: free, $39 Starter, $99 Pro, and you pay for stream access, never volume.
- Best for: real-time bots and dashboards that want parsed events at a predictable price.
- Strengths: free launch and graduation streams with no trial clock; chain-wide trades for $99; no fee on your trades; an MCP server for Claude and Cursor.
- Weaknesses: Solana only; 7 days of trade history (90 days for launches and graduations); the $39 plan caps trades at 10 tokens; no trade execution.
2. Solana Tracker - broad REST data, streaming from Premium
Solana Tracker offers a wide REST API - latest tokens, graduated tokens, trades, OHLCV charts - priced in euros: €50 Advanced, €200 Pro, €397 Premium. Its WebSocket Datastream starts at Premium and is flat once you are there, with no per-message fees.
- Best for: apps that mostly need REST token data and charts.
- Strengths: broad REST coverage; flat, unmetered streaming at Premium; a bonding-curve percentage subscription for "about to graduate" alerts.
- Weaknesses: no streaming below €397/mo; the free tier is REST-only.
3. PumpPortal - the community default for trading bots
PumpPortal is a trading API with a free WebSocket for new tokens and migrations. Trade streams cost 0.01 SOL per 10,000 trades, charged to the wallet linked to your API key. Trades executed through it cost 0.5% (Local API) or 1% (Lightning).
- Best for: bots that already trade through PumpPortal.
- Strengths: free launch and migration streams; pay-as-you-go; integrated execution.
- Weaknesses: one WebSocket connection at a time; per-token trade subscriptions; costs priced in SOL; no REST history.
4. PumpDev - trading API with message-based plans
PumpDev streams launches free and meters trade messages: $49 Starter (1.5M a month), $129 Pro (6M), $299 Whale (20M), custom from $499. Trades routed through it cost 0.25%.
- Best for: trading bots following a known set of tokens.
- Strengths: clear USD pricing; free launches; covers PumpSwap trades after migration.
- Weaknesses: message quotas rule out a full firehose below custom pricing; no REST history.
5. PumpAPI.io - free firehose, funded by trading fees
PumpAPI.io streams pump.fun, PumpSwap, Raydium, Meteora, and Orca events over a single connection for free, plus hourly replay files back to April 2026. It charges 0.25% on trades.
- Best for: cost-sensitive builders comfortable filtering a raw feed themselves.
- Strengths: free data, including the full firehose; free historical replay.
- Weaknesses: one connection carrying every event, with filtering left to you; no published rate limits or SLA.
6. Bitquery - deep data and history, metered three ways
Bitquery covers pump.fun in depth - trades, launches, bonding-curve progress, migrations - via GraphQL, WebSocket, and gRPC across 40+ chains. Streaming starts at Pro ($99), metered by API points, stream-minutes, and GB delivered (5 GB on Pro, 50 GB on Scale at $299).
- Best for: history, backtesting, and multi-chain products.
- Strengths: 30-day trades window plus archive packs; bonding-curve progress as a ready-made field; mempool and Kafka options.
- Weaknesses: the GB meter makes a firehose expensive; no ongoing free tier. Our Bitquery comparison prices four workloads in detail.
7. Birdeye - analytics first, streaming second
Birdeye is a multi-chain market-data platform with deep OHLCV history, holder analytics, and wallet PnL. WebSocket starts at $125-$199/mo and is billed per byte, and trade subscriptions are capped at 100 addresses.
- Best for: analytics, charting, and token research across chains.
- Strengths: historical market data and holder analytics nobody else here matches.
- Weaknesses: no free streaming; no chain-wide trades firehose at any tier. See Anaxer vs Birdeye.
8. Helius - general-purpose Solana RPC
Helius is one of Solana's leading RPC platforms: standard RPC, DAS, webhooks, and LaserStream. Developer is $49 (10M credits); mainnet gRPC starts at Business ($499). Streaming is metered at roughly $100 per TB.
- Best for: teams that need broad Solana infrastructure, with pump.fun as one part of it.
- Strengths: mature, fast, and covers every program.
- Weaknesses: raw transactions - you build and maintain the pump.fun decoder. See Anaxer vs Helius.
9. QuickNode - general-purpose RPC with a gRPC add-on
QuickNode offers Solana RPC from $49/mo (Build, 80M credits). Solana gRPC is included from Scale ($499) or available as a $499/mo add-on on lower plans.
- Best for: multi-chain teams already on QuickNode.
- Strengths: generous credit allowances; many chains on one account.
- Weaknesses: same as Helius - raw data, your decoder. The pricing page does not say how WebSocket subscriptions consume credits.
How do I stream pump.fun launches and graduations for free?
Here is the whole thing in about 20 lines, using Anaxer's free plan. Get a free key, then run this in Node 22+ or a browser:
const ws = new WebSocket("wss://api.anaxer.com/v1/stream?apiKey=YOUR_KEY");
ws.addEventListener("open", () => {
for (const channel of ["creations", "graduations"]) {
ws.send(JSON.stringify({ type: "subscribe", id: channel, channel, filters: {} }));
}
});
ws.addEventListener("message", (event) => {
const msg = JSON.parse(event.data);
if (!msg.data) return; // acks and pongs
const t = msg.data;
if (msg.channel === "creations") {
console.log(`NEW ${t.symbol.padEnd(10)} ${t.mint}`);
} else if (msg.channel === "graduations") {
const mins = Math.round(t.timeToGraduateSeconds / 60);
console.log(`GRAD ${t.symbol.padEnd(10)} ${t.mint} after ${mins} min, ${t.liquiditySol ?? "?"} SOL`);
}
});Every event arrives as parsed JSON with mint, symbol, creator, a slot for ordering, and a timestamp. There are no program IDs and no decoding. For production use, add reconnects and REST backfill as shown in the streaming guide. The launch tracking and graduation tutorials cover each stream in depth.
Which pump.fun API should you choose?
- You want parsed real-time events at a flat price: Anaxer - free to start, $99 for everything.
- You want the cheapest possible firehose and will filter it yourself: PumpAPI.io.
- Your bot trades through the same API: PumpPortal or PumpDev.
- You mostly need REST token data and charts: Solana Tracker.
- You need history, backtesting, or other chains: Bitquery.
- You need analytics and OHLCV across chains: Birdeye.
- pump.fun is one piece of a wider Solana stack: Helius or QuickNode, possibly alongside a parsed feed.
Many teams combine two: an RPC provider for transactions and general calls, plus a parsed pump.fun feed so they are not maintaining a decoder.
Next steps
The fastest way to choose is to test against your own workload. Anaxer's launch and graduation streams are free with no time limit, so you can measure event rates and latency before spending anything. When you are ready, compare plans on the pricing page or explore the pump.fun API.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best pump.fun API in 2026?
It depends on the workload. For real-time pump.fun and PumpSwap events at a flat, predictable price, Anaxer is free for launches and graduations, 39 dollars a month for every stream type, and 99 dollars for the chain-wide trades firehose, with no usage meters. PumpAPI.io is the cheapest raw firehose (free, funded by trading fees). PumpPortal and PumpDev suit bots that also execute trades. Solana Tracker is strong for REST token data and charts, Bitquery for history and multi-chain coverage, Birdeye for analytics, and Helius or QuickNode when you need general-purpose Solana RPC and are willing to decode transactions yourself.
Is there a free pump.fun API?
Yes, several. Anaxer's free plan streams every pump.fun launch and graduation as parsed JSON over WebSocket with no time limit, plus 2,500 REST requests a month. PumpPortal's new-token and migration streams are free. PumpDev streams launches free on every tier. PumpAPI.io streams its full event feed for free and funds itself with a 0.25% trading fee. Solana Tracker, Helius, and QuickNode have free REST or RPC tiers but no free pump.fun stream, and Bitquery and Birdeye do not stream on a free plan.
How much does it cost to stream every pump.fun trade?
We measured pump.fun and PumpSwap at about 13.5 million trades a day in September 2026, roughly 406 million trades and 235 GB a month. As of October 2026 that costs 99 dollars a month on Anaxer Pro, 397 euros on Solana Tracker Premium, around 900 dollars on Bitquery, 499 dollars plus about 100 dollars per TB of raw data on Helius, and roughly 406 SOL a month at PumpPortal's 0.01 SOL per 10,000 trades. PumpAPI.io streams it for free. Birdeye cannot do it at any tier because its trades subscription is capped at 100 addresses.
Do I need a Solana RPC node to get pump.fun data?
No. An RPC node gives you raw transactions that you must decode against the pump.fun and PumpSwap programs yourself. A dedicated pump.fun API such as Anaxer, Solana Tracker, PumpPortal, or Bitquery does that decoding for you and delivers launches, trades, and graduations as structured data. Use an RPC provider like Helius or QuickNode when you need arbitrary calls across every Solana program, not just pump.fun.
Which pump.fun APIs do not take a fee on trades?
Anaxer, Solana Tracker's data API, Bitquery, Birdeye, Helius, and QuickNode are data or infrastructure products with no fee on your trades. PumpPortal (0.5% Local, 1% Lightning), PumpDev (0.25%), and PumpAPI.io (0.25%) charge a percentage on trades you execute through them. That fee is how PumpAPI.io keeps its data stream free, so it is a fair trade-off if you trade through them and a cost to factor in if you do not.

Bitquery vs Anaxer for pump.fun data: four workloads, priced
Anaxer streams pump.fun and PumpSwap on flat unmetered plans from free; Bitquery is a serious data platform that meters streaming three ways at once. A pump.fun firehose is the workload that breaks the second model: we measured 13.5 million trades a day, about 235 GB a month, which is $99 on Anaxer and near $900 on Bitquery. Four workloads, priced on both.
Anaxer vs Birdeye: which is better for pump.fun data?
Birdeye is an excellent multi-chain analytics platform - but its WebSocket streams are billed per byte delivered, its free tier has no streaming at all, and its trades stream caps at 100 addresses. Here is an honest head-to-head with Anaxer, a flat-rate option for real-time pump.fun and PumpSwap data.
Yellowstone gRPC vs parsed Solana streams: which do you need?
It was never polling vs streaming - everyone serious streams. The real question is whether you decode a raw Yellowstone gRPC firehose yourself or consume parsed events. Here is how to choose.
